My apartment is placed at the corner of the two main roads: Mangilik el and Uly Dala. The great advantage of this apartment is no need of any transportation in order to reach the area, where the main event of the summer - Expo will be held. Within walking distance of the major pavilions of Expo, set of cafe and restaurants, barbershops, markets, banks, shops, drugstores and variety of beauty salons are located nearby as well.
Also, you can easily reach the center by means of public transport.This apartment spoils guests with it's relaxing courtyard, where you can read a book while sitting on bench or play a football on the indoor football field.
Regarding, apartment inside the whole interior was created in modern style, it is very light and inspiring. This apartment initially was created for working man or women who cares about his or her aesthetic enjoyment which can be achieved only by technique of minimalism.This allows to create atmosphere in which person gains spiritual enrichment by the open space and absence of unnecessary staff, however, essential modern facilities are provided ( look at the mentioned facilities in the main description )
Another great thing about my apartment is that it is placed on 18 th floor, which opens the great view of Expo and buildings located nearby. This view even more overwhelming than view of viewing platform from Arc de Triumphe located nearby.
I would like to say that no one before was living here excepting me. This is my first experience of lease and I hope for your mutual cooperation with me.
